Bard Weinstein grew up in Northern California. As the son of a general law practitioner, Bard was introduced to the law at a young age. He has built a distinguished career defending clients in a wide range of criminal cases and complex federal cases. Bard is a skilled negotiator and litigator focusing on DUI's, assault/DV, drug offenses, fraud, violent crimes, as well as many other defenses. His dedication to justice and his client’s well-being are the cornerstones of his practice. 

Justin P. Whittenton has been practicing law in Arizona for almost a decade. He has represented clients in a wide range of criminal matters, including DUI, drug cases, assault, theft, fraud, identity theft, and domestic violence. He has handled over 3,000 DUI cases throughout Arizona and is familiar with the different practices in each courtroom where he has fought. Justin is passionate about holding the government accountable for its actions and protecting his client’s constitutional rights. 

Ellyse Albelda is a former Maricopa County Prosecutor, where she prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanors, felonies, and gained extensive experience in bench and jury trials. She brings her knowledge and skill set as a former prosecutor to support our clients. Ms. Albelda knows how prosecutors think, what makes cases weaker or stronger, and how to best combat the opponent's case. She is passionate about advocating on behalf of individual's who need a voice.
